In 2023, Actionstep acquired Perth-based FilePro, and in October 2024 it acquired Brisbane-based LawMaster, significantly expanding its Australian presence and mid-market capabilities. The combined business now serves a broad range of Australian firms. The platform includes full accounting, matter management, document automation, and a legal CRM, with built-in Australian legal templates. It is ATO-whitelisted and STP-compliant for payroll, and includes AI-powered features for time capture and client intake.
